I have taken my knowledge and experience and created Get-N-Ready Fitness Club, a gym where I combine boxing, self defense, plyometrics, and strength training to give you the most effective workout, regardless of your current fitness level.
Get-N-Ready is a small private gym.
With over 15 years of training experience, I am confident I can provide the tools necessary to help you reach your goals. I will help guide you through a customized program, as well as aid in developing good work habits. I train along side top professional athletes, and I know what is required to take your to your highest level. I offer both one-on-one personal sessions, and small group classes, at a fair price. These settings allow me to focus completely on your workout to give you the best training possible.
For many of us, finding time to make ourselves a priority is an issue. The last thing you want is to spend time away from family, friends, and responsibilities, and NOT get the results your looking for, because of a repetitive routine.
Don't let that be you! I will teach you a variety of exercises, making sure to instill the fundamentals, to maximize your results.

(All boxing, Only boxing. Learn the skills and fundamentals needed in the sport. Intentions are to compete in future.)

(15-30 min sessions. Stretching full body or targeted area to aide in flexibility, strength, and mobility.)
